Rev. Marilyn Marsh

Rev. Marilyn Marsh will be leading Human Resource efforts in ALFC which includes connecting the gifts, talents, and passions of our congregation with the volunteer needs of the vision and mission of the church. Rev. Marilyn has served in many capacities for over 20 years at ALFC including leading women’s bible studies, youth ministries, small groups, and our community resource center.  She is married to John Marsh, they have 3 adult sons and a daughter in love, and 5 grandchildren. Marilyn has completed a Bachelor’s Degree at Morgan State University, a Masters’ at The University of Pennsylvania, and a Master’s in Theological Studies at Palmer Theological Seminary of Eastern University. Rev. Marilyn has spent 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry and is now a Dean at Esperanza College of Eastern University. Rev. Marilyn looks forward to operating in this role at ALFC to see the Word in Ephesian 4:16b come to life:  “… every member has been given divine gifts to contribute to the growth of all; and as these gifts operate effectively throughout the whole body, we are built up and made perfect in love.”
