ALPS Preschool 4 Curriculum

Author: Joyce Mallory | PDF Print E-mail

Our educational program at ALPS Preschool provides a safe and nurturing environment that is sensitive to, and strives to accommodate the individual levels of growth and maturity in each child.  Our staff utilizes a variety of teaching strategies that are suited to each child’s learning style and rate of development.  We incorporate all the domains to create a comprehensive educational program that is Christian and Kingdom centered.  The children have an opportunity to experience their world using all of their senses through exploration and manipulation of meaningful objects in a way that is appropriate for this age group.

The following table contains a brief overview of the skills that are being introduced in our Preschool 4 class.  Our objective is to build a solid foundation for literacy, numeracy, and higher levels of thinking so that each year we can continue building for future school success.
